HARSAX MANAGEMENT – David Cooper (PRESIDENT)
I am David Cooper, the President at Harsax Management Company. During my tenure at Harsax, I have overseen the construction of over a million square feet of light industrial office/warehouse buildings, condominium developments, residential subdivisions, as well as retail and apartment buildings. Our most recent endeavors align with renovating existing housing in historic neighborhoods in the Tremont Neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio.
