ABOUT US

 A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Ryan’s work history, leadership skills, and ease of dealing with people enable him to handle an array of architectural challenges. Over his 25+ year professional career Ryan has worked on matters ranging from conceptual design, construction documentation, construction administration, to project cost analysis and formal project presentations. His unique skill set has resulted in quality results in a diverse range of project including retail, office, mixed-use, civic, religious, and single and multi-family residential.

Ryan’s most recent responsibilities have included large scale residential urban developments that focus on architectural and neighborhood design solutions that enhance the dignity of the surrounding community and end users. Serving as lead architect and project manager, Ryan has utilized an array of skills to tackle complex challenges associated with comprehensive planning and housing issues resulting in benchmarks of quality development for residential projects in northeast Ohio.

A graduate of Kent State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture and studied in Florence, Italy for 5 months, Ryan has experience in all aspects of an architectural profession, but considers his formidable team building and problem solving skills as his premier assets. 

Ryan resides in Akron, Ohio with his wife, Ann, and three kids: Aidan (19), Emma (17), and John (15).  They all keep busy with camping, skiing, and time with extended family and friends.
