We had the opportunity to work with our old friends @ City Architecture in CLE, designing transitional housing for those among us that served. It was an honor and a privledge.

FAIRLAWN MASTERPLAN

Did you know there is 7.5 acres of undeveloped land in Fairlawn? We did. We worked with friends @ Harsax Management to develop a housing development with views. Trivia…it’s the second highest point in Summit County.

STERLING LAKES RESIDENCE

We’ve had the privilege of designing a number of homes for this community in Beechwood. Big, beautiful homes. A Cavs player bought one. Fun!

OHIO CITY RENOVATION

Oh this one was was a doozey! This century old home was all but left for dead in a great neighborhood. It was so bad we’re including the before pics. Turned out great!
